CCP 2026 Orientations
Description
Join our CCP Advising Team for advice and helpful tips to help you make the best of the CCP program and reach your goals. For these in-person orientation sessions, the CCP advising team has tailored the college orientation experience to highlight CCP-specific rules and processes you need to know for your first college classes. You'll learn how to navigate your MyCampus student portal and Canvas online learning systems, what to expect in the college classroom and how to access all the student supports available on the LCCC campus. Make sure to talk with your high school counselor before they leave for Summer break if you would like to join us after the event to talk with a CCP academic advisor and register for Fall classes.
If you cannot attend one of these in-person sessions, you will need to complete your CCP orientation requirement by completing a new LCCC student online orientation.

Parents are welcome to attend, but not required.
- What if I cannot attend an in-person orientation?
CCP students who cannot attend an in-person orientation are welcome to complete their new student orientation requirement online. Visit www.lorainccc.edu/orientation for instructions.
